Items will be shipped by Canada Post expedited parcel within Canada unless special arrangements are made. US orders will be shipped Fed Ex,UPS or USPS. Please contact for a shipping quote on International orders as there will be additional charges. If you would like to pick up an item from us or pick up an item from us at a show we are attending that can be arranged.

Currently we ship Canada Post Expedited Parcel. Shipping charges are automatically calculated based on the value of your order. Please note that for some bulky or heavy items, an oversize shipping charge may apply.

Mane Street Pony Emporium Return Policy
ALL RETURNS MUST BE AUTHORIZED. Please contact us by email at email@example.com for a return authorization number. This will ensure quick and correct exchanges or credits. Returns should be handled as soon as possible. We do not accept returns beyond 30 days. Returnable items must be in clean, unused condition in original packaging with tags attached.
Exceptions to this policy are personalized or custom orders, close outs and dvds(these may not be returned) We suggest placing a clean sheet between your horse and the new item when testing the fit. Shortages or damaged items must be reported within three days of receipt. If any item is defective in workmanship, please return within ten days of receipt.
Sorry, we cannot accept collect returns. Shipping charges are nonrefundable. Returns are subject to a 10-20% restocking fee unless the item is being returned as a result of our error(damage, defective, wrong item sent, etc)
You must contact us to obtain a Return Authorization Number and shipping instructions. Include a copy of the original invoice with your return and write your RA# visibly on the outside of the shipping package and on the packing slip. Please tell us why you are returning our product, so that we can continue to improve our service. Returns that are shipped without a Return Authorization Number may have processing delays up to 30 days.
When requesting a refund your original method of payment will be refunded. When exchanging an item, you will be charged for shipping and any differences in price.
If a saddle does not fit the horse or rider the saddle must be returned unused. Please note that saddle returns are subject to our 20% restocking and handling fee. When fitting a saddle for your horse use a clean blanket or towel before placing on your horse's back. We do not accept returns on any used or soiled items.
